The Barinia Vineyard is located 10 km North West of the Clare Township. The 200 acre vineyard has been planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Riesling, varieties which have made the Clare Valley a world renowned wine region.

Brick Kiln is a single varietal producer, focusing on making one of the best Shiraz from the famous McLaren Vale region in South Australia. The owners of Brick Kiln, the Mankinnons aim is to make a McLaren Vale shiraz the equal of Fox Creek Reserve (of who they were foundation partners) but without the enormous price tag. The Brick Kiln name derived from Brick Kiln Bridge along Almond Grove Road approaching the vineyard. The eight hectare (20 acres) Nine Gums Vineyard nestles under the rolling Willunga Hills.

Settled in the 1880’s as a sheep staion, Callendale Estate is now central to one of Australia’s premier wines regions. Callendale Estate represents the heart and soul of the Limestone Coast region of South Australia. The combination of cool, dry summers and Terra Rossa soils over a layer of limestone creates a unique environment for the production of these classic Australian wines.

It was at the end of a long shift, while enjoying the fruits of their labour, that brewmasters Peter Nolin and Bill Hoedemaker first discussed opening their own brewery. Hay Shed Hill is a classic old vineyard in the heart of the Willyabrup the premier sub region of Margaret River where the region’s first vines were planted and the great tradition of Margaret River wine began. First planted in 1973 to the varieties that have put Margaret River on the wine map; Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, the Hay Shed Hill vineyard has the mission of producing world class wines that reflect the place of their origin.

Locharburn

Named for the Locharburn stream which the vines and their home overlook, the 14ha sustainability accredited vineyard is planted on north-easterly facing terraces near the top of Lake Dunstan in Cromwell Basin. The unique microclimate of the terraces, Central Otago’s famed hot summers and long autumns let the grapes ripen slowly, yielding high-quality fruit with intense, complex flavours.
